These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CineTrack : MovieBox & TV Shows mobile application (“CineTrack”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using  CineTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

2. What CineTrack : MovieBox & TV Shows does

CineTrack : MovieBox & TV Shows is an information and discovery app that allows you to:

Browse and discover movies and TV shows

View trailers, cast and crew information, and ratings

Maintain a personal watchlist and watched history

See where content may be available to watch on third-party platforms (via external links)

CineTrack does not host or stream any full movies or TV shows on its own servers.

When you tap “Watch”, “Watch Trailer”, or open a provider link, you are redirected to a third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Eligibility

You may use CineTrack only if:

You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

4. License to use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CineTrack on your personal device for non-commercial, personal entertainment and information purposes only.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features

Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity

5. Content & intellectual property

5.1 Our content

The CineTrack name, logo, design, and other branding elements are owned by Nida Maryam Masood and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.

5.2 Third-party content

CineTrack uses data and images from third-party providers, including but not limited to movie databases and official streaming or video platforms.

All titles, posters, videos, images, trademarks, and logos related to movies, TV shows, actors, studios, platforms, and providers are the property of their respective owners.

We do not claim ownership of such third-party content.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of any third-party content or links.

6. “No streaming” & external services

CineTrack itself does not host, store, or stream any copyrighted movies or shows.

When you tap “Watch”, “Watch Trailer”, or similar:

You are opening content on a third-party service (such as an official provider app or website).

Your use of those services is governed by that provider’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for any content, tracking, account actions, or other activities on those platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those services is legal in your country and complies with their rules.

7. User responsibilities

You agree that you will:

Use CineTrack only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Not attempt to use the App to circumvent or violate any copyright or licensing restrictions.

Not upload, share, or promote illegal streaming links using the App (if such features are added in the future).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you are misusing it or violating these Terms.

8. In-app purchases (if added in future)

At this time, CineTrack does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

If we add paid features in the future, updated terms will explain how those purchases work.

9. Disclaimers

CineTrack is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free

All information (ratings, descriptions, providers) shown in the app is complete, up-to-date, or accurate

Any third-party content or streaming link will be legal, safe, or available in your region

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nida Maryam Masood and any owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of data, loss of profits, or other intangible losses

arising out of or in connection with:

Your access to or use of CineTrack

Any errors or omissions in the App

Any third-party content or services accessed through the App

Any unauthorized access, hacking, or loss of information

If, despite these limitations, we are found liable, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount (if any) you paid to use CineTrack (which is typically 0, as the app is free).

11. Changes to the App

We may modify, update, or discontinue CineTrack (or any part of it) at any time, including adding or removing features or integrations, with or without notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top; and

We may display a notice in the App or on our website.

Your continued use of CineTrack after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of country , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
